No, applying specialist vehicle wrapping film to your vehicle will not damage your paintwork.* On the contrary, vehicle wrap will serve as a protective layer shielding expose to UV rays, abrasions from dirt, particles and other environmental elements, therefore preserving your cars duco and future value.

Can a vehicle wrap be removed?

How long does it take to wrap my car?

At Wrapd Up, we prioritize quality over speed. Installation times vary according to complexity of the project, but for a full color change vinyl wrap, we generally need the vehicle for roughly 5 business days. A confirmed time line will be provided during your consultation.

Who do I need to advise about my vehicle wrap?

We recommend contacting VicRoads to notify them of the colour change.

Do I get a warranty or guarantee?

Yes, you do get a warranty with your vinyl wrap. You will be required to read and sign a warranty form when dropping off your vehicle and will receive a copy upon collection. You can also download a copy at the bottom of this page.

*NOTE: If you already have stone chips, abrasions or rust patches on your paintwork it’s important to remember that when the vinyl is removed it may pull loose paint off with it. Particularly with non OEM paintwork and where a car has been repaired, there is no guarantee that a vinyl wrap will not remove any paint from your vehicle. Whilst every effort is taken to make sure your paint is not damaged when removing the wrap, there is no guarantee if your vehicle includes any aftermarket products. The films that we use will not directly damage the car’s paintwork, however you do need to ensure that your vehicle’s paintwork is of a sound and OEM quality.
